At Modern Maker Supply, we understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return once the item has been delivered. Please contact our support team, and we’ll help you arrange a return according to our Return Policy.

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before they are shipped.

• Once a shipment has been processed by the carrier, the order can no longer be canceled.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Modern Maker Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment information

• Incorrect product pricing or availability errors

• Discontinued or backordered products

In such cases, any applicable payments will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
