2.3 Payment Due Date

• Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

13. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement governing billing matters between you and Modern Maker Supply and supersede all prior agreements.
